Job Description

As the Account Coordinator (AC), you'll be working closely with the design and marketing teams on the development and execution of all media campaigns. You will serve as a secondary lead on accounts along with the Account Manager (AM) or Media Supervisor. You will help support key aspects of client success through content/creative services, project management, and customer service. You are responsible for helping the team stay on track when it comes to delivering quality work on time and hitting KPIs. You must be comfortable working with other team members and strategizing high level ideas with them in order to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional project management skills, have a passion for digital marketing, shows strong communication skills, and thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. This person also thrives in an environment without much management and red tape and is a highly self-motivated, proactive force of nature.

This position is fully remote, but may require some in-person meetings and will involve regular weekly and monthly calls.

  • Support AM or Media Supervisor in daily deliverables, tasks, budgets, and deadlines for media campaigns and ad-hoc client project by working closely with the design and marketing teams
  • Use project management tools to coordinate tasks, deliverables, and deadlines for all involved parties
  • Facilitate administrative duties such as: organizing call agendas, project documentation, helping with invoicing, coordinating internal/external meetings, and being the primary note taker during these meetings
  • Complete tasks as necessary to support the agency and marketing team
  • Help review deliverables to make sure there are no mistakes before delivering to the client for approval
  • Shadow lead AM or Media Supervisor and help with high level strategy in order to meet client goals and KPIs
  • Create or revamp internal processes to improve agency efficiency
  • Strengthen client relationships through support of the AM or Media Supervisor
  • Have a strong understanding of the client's industry, products, business culture, and competition and serve as the go-to knowledge source for the wider team
  • Have an understanding of the digital landscape and present new ideas to the team or client when possible

  • Passionate about digital marketing and working for a media agency
  • Extremely proactive and organized
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple accounts at once
  • Excellent communicator who is able to craft and tell a consistent story to executives, team members and clients via written and vertical communication
  • Manage your pod successfully from a project management, feedback and efficiency standpoint
  • Ability to follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are hit across many projects at once
  • Highly strategic and able to balance long term strategy with short term results
  • Deeply analytical with a bias for action
  • Ability to dissect data and draw insights that drive the business forward
  • Natural leader with ability to motivate, coach and drive teams forward
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliable, and has great energy
  • Google Analytics Certification a plus
