Submittable is seeking an Alliance Partnership Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing Submittable's alliance with key partners to include driving national and regional strategy, Go-To-Market (GTM) plan, sales team alignment, and enablement planning and execution.

You will develop and drive the execution of revenue-driving programs and initiatives, evangelize Submittable's value proposition within the partner, and facilitate the partner value proposition within Submittable.

Key to the position is strong collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, services, development, marketing, and RevOps. You will establish trusted business relationships with senior leaders of our partner's organization and act as the day-to-day primary interface. You will develop and take accountability for developing partner relationships which includes campaign activities, joint investment programs, field alignment efforts, and enablement plans. You will build a growing and profitable partner practice that results in revenue growth for Submittable and the partners.

This position will be specific to the Microsoft alliance. Knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, the Azure Marketplace, Microsoft Partner Center, IP Co-selling and joint Go to Market with Microsoft would be advantageous in this role.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work with leadership within Submittable and the partner to create a joint strategy that includes investments in practice development, co-selling initiatives, marketing development funds where applicable and Sales Enablement programs
  • Work with the Partner Marketing team to create integrated campaign plans and execute the plans in all supported/targeted regions and developing specific plans, driving partner revenue growth, and delivering customer success
  • Develop strategic plans around partner investments which will help Submittable achieve vendor field margin and profitability targets
  • Drive sales plays, offerings and industry assets/solutions for execution and engagement with our sales teams
  • Report and review metrics/effectiveness on a recurring basis with the partner and key Submittable stakeholders
  • Evangelize the partner value proposition to all sales channels through enablement programs which you will co-develop
  • Understand partner organizations, decision makers, influencers, and contacts within the partner to build key relationships within their ecosystem to drive the integration and partnership and create engagement strategy
  • Lead partner enablement programs by working with your partner counterparts to build sales training content that aligns internal and external objectives across all applicable sales channels
  • Build and conduct quarterly business reviews with the partner and Submittable Key Stakeholders
You'll Be Successful With:
  • 5+ years combined experience in sales, product management, sales enablement, business development, and/or channel sales
  • 3+ years of demonstrated channel, partner, or alliance management experience
  • Strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: the Azure ecosystem, the Azure Marketplace, Microsoft Partner Center, IP Co-selling and joint Go to Market with Microsoft
  • Demonstrated experience building, executing and measuring joint Go-To-Market programs
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
  • A strategic and tactical approach to tackling and solving problems
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
