Job Description

• Assist in managing the P2P (Procurement to Payment), A2R (Account to Report) and O2C (Order to Cash process) with a focus on P2P

• Collaborate with affiliated companies and ACNH (accounting team in China) for IC (intercompany) and payment related

• Maintain daily cash flow statement and bank reconciliation

• Processing affiliated companies' AP weekly

• Following up AR payment status weekly

• Preparing monthly affiliated companies' AR/AP aging report for management

• Assist monthly close on bank reconciliation and financials reconciliation

• Maintain affiliated companies' assets amortization and depreciatio


• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required

• 4 to 5 years accounting experience in logistics industry

• 2 to 3 years ERP experience with SAP experience preferred

• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

• Good analytical skills

• A strong work ethic and self-starter

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments

• Ability to plan and prioritize wit flexible and positive mindset

• Interpersonal skills, including collaboration and communication
