Are you a Business Analyst with experience using a variety of tools and techniques within an Agile environment? Are you able to bring together stakeholder requirements and user needs to deliver changes quickly? Are you experienced in detailing requirements using industry best standard approaches, and familiar with the process of detailing and communicating user stories and acceptance criteria? You bring expert BA insight and skills, across the product delivery lifecycle. You'll bring together business and technical needs, with the goal of defining solutions that deliver value. As a Business Analyst you will be working as part of our Hybrid Cloud Services Team within Technology Services. Hybrid Cloud Services are at the heart of transforming how DWP host the DWP estate. We are looking for a Business Analyst who is comfortable working in a technical area due to the nature of the services and products within Hybrid Cloud Services. Why join us? Pay for this role is up to £43,193 Our pension offer is great too - with over 27% pension contributions, worth over £10,000 a year. What you'll need to be successful Can elicit and define epics, user stories & acceptance criteria following best practice principles. Can identify, elicit and define non-functional requirements using NFR catalogues or similar. Collaboratively supports the prioritisation of the backlog. Facilitates workshops, interviews and document analysis, as well as working closely with User Researchers in order elicit needs and develop a shared understanding of current processes. Experience of working as a Business Analyst in an agile team. Experienced in using a wide range of analysis techniques to understand problems, identify improvements and make recommendations. Identifying and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
