An exciting opportunity is available for an Engagement Partner to join our growing People and Performance Team in Derby. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person that can proactively drive our Engagement, D&I, Wellbeing and CSR strategies across the Node4 Group. Developing a high-level of employee engagement and maintaining and developing the organisational culture and sense of community will be key success factors within this role. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), we are looking for someone who will offer an innovative and forward thinking approach to our 4 pillars of Engagement, Wellbeing, CSR and D&I whilst proactively communicating with the wider business and coordinating resource to engage stakeholders from all levels and of the organisation. Working in collaboration with the wider People & Performance Team and liaising with colleagues from different across the business to review, plan, deliver initiatives ensuring that Node4 are a leading employer brand in terms of employee engagement. The successful candidate will be comfortable gathering and analysing data from a wide range of sources to draw conclusions, inform planning and articulate a narrative to senior leaders and stakeholders across the group. Experience in planning and delivering projects at pace, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and working with a high degree of initiative whilst managing to a budget is paramount to this role. What you'll be doing.. Support the CPO and Wider Executive team to input and deliver on the Organisational Engagement Strategy Developing and executing Engagement, Wellbeing, CSR I & D programs whilst conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness Lead internal communications for input into our internal monthly magazine, Yammer and Community channels to ensure transparency and clarity of initiatives to all colleagues Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices Work with Talent, Development, People and Marketing teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling Act as a change agent; lead, support and contribute to change initiatives, driving and championing the implementation of new initiatives and programs. What will you bring to the role Experience at operating within a Marketing, CSR/D&I/Engagement/Wellbeing specialism or HR Generalist role with responsibility for designing and delivering projects and initiatives Comprehensive knowledge and experience with CSR, D&I, wellbeing and Engagement legislation and best practice Ability to coordinate projects at pace and maintain progress in the context of competing priorities Solution and outcome focused, you should be naturally curious and wiling to challenge the traditional HR models to ensure the needs of the business and employees Ability to work independently and as a coach/mentor to junior members of the team Analysis and data presentation skills to support in storytelling and decision making Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, schedule and track to deadlines Positive approach to learning, identifying own development needs as appropriate Please read the full job description on our website Why join Node4?
