Job Description:

The Enterprise Relationship Specialist (ERS) partners closely with local ML, PB, PW, SBB, BB, GCB leadership and teams to identify, vet, and direct cross line of business referral opportunities and business results. They are responsible for partnering with the respective LOB leaders and associates to deliver solutions available in different LOBs to clients and prospects. To drive referrals from advisors to the bank and from relationship managers to wealth management, the ERS will cultivate and maintain strong relationship with those teams, and understand client selectivity, consider risk profiles and overall relationship impact. The ERS will also be a critical member of their respective Market President team to drive business integration results in their respective LMO, including routines with Market Presidents, Market Integration Executives, Consumer Leads, and LMO Market Executives/Managers. The ERS works closely with LOB leadership and the Market President team to deliver results for the following LMO referral flows

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partners closely with local ML, PW, SBB, BB, GCB leadership and teams to drive cross line of business referral opportunities and business results
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with those teams, and understand client selectivity, considering risk profiles and overall relationship impact
  • Serve as a critical member of their respective Market President teams to drive business integration results in local market
  • Leads by developing and implementing strategic and educational initiatives
Required Skills & Experiences:
  • Strong business development acumen and an ability to foster relationships to identify and execute on cross-LOB opportunities
  • SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; if do not have, must be obtained within 120 days
  • 5+ years in commercial banking or wealth management preferred
  • Strong underwriting skills
