Head of Customer Success

Rthirteen are currently supporting a fantastic, solutions focused business in their search for a Head of Customer Success to join their team in Doncaster. In this newly created role, your focus will be the developing the customer success team, onboarding of clients and growing revenue streams from clients through upselling and cross selling. You ll act as the bridge between the clients and the business, ensuring customer success. You will be energetic individual with a positive can-do attitude, who is passionate about building strong relationships and has previous experience with the customer success cycle alongside advertising/software sales. Duties to include: Creating, managing and developing a customer success team. Managing the complete customer service cycle and maintaining client retention. Creating, implementing and developing a customer success strategy for up-selling and cross-selling clients. Onboarding and driving revenue from new clients, while growing the account spend from existing clients. Contributing to the product development of technology and platforms with feedback on customer requirements. Managing all training and development to support sales and growth. Ensuring KPIs are continually achieved, including client revenue growth, client product ross-sells, and client retention and churn rate. You will have/be: Proven experience in selling either advertising or software solutions. Confident in managing the full customer success cycle. Passion for ensuring top tier customer service at all times. Strong leadership experience. An analytical, strategic & rigorous approach with the ability to identify patterns in data and take action as required. An understanding of people processes & polices. The ability to optimise processes & devise suitable operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £60,000 depending on experience + a generous commission package. This opportunity includes a hybrid of office & home-based working with required travel (regional & international).
