Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, and Inside Account Manager to join a successful and growing business based in Heysham. This role is respomsible for account managing existing clients and maximising sales whilst processing orders, also supporting new customers within a fun and friendly team environment. Permanent/Full time Salary £20K /OTE £28-32K+ plus excellent benefits Role Title: Inside Account Manager (IAM) Role Profile The Inside Account Manager (IAM) will be responsible for driving increase in sales revenues by the identification of revenue growth opportunities and revenue risks within a portfolio of assigned customers to achieve set targets. Targeting primarily with the growth, renewal and retention of the revenue within their assigned portfolio by managing the ongoing relationships and liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The IAM is expected to work closely with the Regional Account Managers, Consultants and Inside Sales Executives on growth and retention strategies by providing complete and appropriate solutions for every prospect to boost topline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability _________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities /Activities Manage existing client relationships within the assigned portfolio by making and taking client communications, either by phone or email, to facilitate client care appointments, and using the company sales process and defined pricing and policies, maximise growth potential and reduce revenue losses in the assigned customer base in line with company expectations Works closely with immediate local and inside sales colleagues, sales and marketing leadership teams, as well as regional Operations, Client Services, IT, and other team members to enhance the service offering available to their portfolio of customers Use SFDC and other company defined IT systems to effectively manage pipelines, report activity, track sales, send contracts to clients, book appointments and communicate both internally and externally in a professional manner Attend internal meetings and trainings fully prepared with relevant current data on market opportunities, promoting a positive and professional Sales attitude in the office and on calls to ensure the high standards required by the business for customer service and environmental consciousness are maintained Knowledge and Experience Essential Able to understand Sales related IT systems ((url removed)) and use them effectively to manage pipelines and sales activity Desirable Industry relevant sales experience is not essential Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth in a tele sales new business or territory management role ________________________________________________________________________________________ Skills Required Ability to demonstrate the use of basic sales skills especially but not limited to - Listening, questioning, summarising, providing, negotiating, closing and handling customers concerns Skilled in building and leveraging relationships over the phone Understands and uses good account management, communication, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills Demonstrates the ability to work in a matrix environment working closely with Sales colleagues in internal, and regional teams as well as operations, marketing, sales operations, finance, bid team and safety and compliance to achieve the business's goals.
