Job Title: IT Support Engineer Start date: ASAP Job Type: Permanent Salary £35,000 -£42,000 Location: London Hybrid A highly prestigious client in the Insurance sector is looking for some talented IT Support Engineer s as they look to grow and expand their Service Desk and Desktop Teams. An ITIL environment and organisation that is fast paced, requires an IT Support Engineer that has at least 2 years previous in IT Support experience working in a corporate Service Desk environment. You must be able to understand and work to process, as well as have proven experience and ability to resolve queries both via email and over the phone. The nature of this role requires an IT Support Engineer who is happy to also support on site in the office, and someone who is also able to support at VIP User level. The Role: Provide 1st/2nd level support on Windows Ticketing using ServiceNow Experience with ITIL v3 Hardware and software fault diagnosis Support any hardware devices available as IT standard product Skills: Experience working as an IT Support Engineer for at least 2 years Previously worked with ServiceNow Active Directory Exchange Windows 7/10 Office 365 Experience providing customer focused end user support PC Hardware builds VIP User Support also beneficial.
