We are looking for someone to join our team at an exciting time of company transformation through acquisition. Over the past few years, we have developed several award-winning programmes and are looking for someone to keep evolving them to fit the strategic direction of the business. About us, we are a friendly and supportive Learning and Development Team that are highly valued by the business, taking a lead on a number of wider people agenda topics including onboarding, talent development, early careers and our Investors In People (IIP) journey, where we are currently accredited Gold . You will have responsibility for the following areas to: Manage one Administrator to support you in coordinating all development training activities Own and deliver the Core Management Academy Take lead for this 8-module blended programme to carry on the transformation of our management culture. We feel everyone has the right to a good people manager and your role is vital Some training delivery/facilitation through either classroom, virtual or e-learning videos is expected Evolve and deliver a number of management, leadership and soft skill development programmes: Work with key stakeholder to ensure our existing programmes are delivered and meet their objectives to ultimately create a strong lead and Inspire culture Design new blended programmes and learning interventions in-line with the business plan and strategic direction Attend and act as the Bouygues facilitator on residential programmes with external providers Delivery of our mentoring & coaching offering Managing the matching process and providing training and support to those on programme. Ensure training budget for development is maximised and delivering value to the business with ROI evidence. Shape the talent planning strategy through identifying skills gaps at both a business and industry level with the support of the wider HR team Acting as an L&D Business Partner to an area of the business: Ensure that the L&D team is meeting the needs of your internal customers Work with your internal customers to retain talent and identify and deliver suitable L&D interventions Support with organisational development/change management activities Designing and delivering key HR projects e.g. on-boarding, staff engagement strategies Support the wider Investors In People and Top Employer journey This role could be full or part time, there will be occasional need for you to stay away for residential events in hotels, but this responsibility is shared across the team. We also want to understand your passions, strengths, and development areas to help design the role further to support your career. The person: Required Experience in the design and delivery of leadership and development programmes Be a strong team player who strives towards award winning excellence Someone who thrives in a high paced environment and challenges the status quo Have an eye to identify challenges and delivering strategic solutions Strong communication and influencing skills with all levels of the business Must be able to manage own workload and meet deadlines Willingness to travel UK wide Desirable Psychometric experience (DISC) Coaching qualification Training delivery experience# CIPD Level 5 or 7 ( if not, we can support you to achieve this) In return, we offer an attractive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for further development.
