RN Manager-GI Lab -Evanston/Highland Park - (81544)

Position Highlights:

Position: Clinical Nurse Manager, GI Lab
Location: Evanston/Highland Park Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hrs./wk.)
Hours: Day shift.
Required Travel: Travel to other sites required.

What you will need:

License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred
Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred
Skills: N/A

What you will do:

Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for the professional nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement initiatives, and fiscal management for an assigned clinical unit
Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies
Create a departmental environment that promotes customer loyalty for patients, families, physicians, and employees.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
