Howdens Joinery is looking for an experienced SAP MM Analyst. This is an exciting time to join an experienced and supportive SAP team that is embarking on a broad programme of work and has recently signed off multiple S/4 programmes of work. Reporting to the sales and materials management lead, you will have a good all-round knowledge of IT and supply chain processes as well as previous experience of working to deadlines on complex projects. As an SAP MM Analyst, you'll analyse business requirements, make recommendations for change and design effective solutions liaising with the developers through the build process to ensure a fit for purpose solution for our end users. A willingness to learn new processes and develop relationships with end users, key stakeholders and external partners is important. As an SAP MM Analyst, you'll also need to be an excellent communicator, who is self-motivated and exhibits a proactive approach to work as you'll be managing and resolving service requests, providing business systems training, producing system documentation for current and new system processes and working with key business users to determine future systems evolution in line with company strategy and departmental objectives. Key skills and experience required: Experience designing and configuring MM modules Strong understanding of cross application customisation areas, especially in LE, MM and FI Experience in using ALE, IDOCS and EDI Experience in designing and implementing complex pricing procedures Experience in logistics processes such as HUM and LE-SHP would be valuable Experience of working to deadlines on complex projects Able to confidently communicate A willingness to work as part of a multi-skilled cross-functional team is a must, along with a flexible approach to working and confidence in leading workshops.
