Role: Security Specialist Location: London Duration: 12 months Bonus Plan: Company Onsite Work Schedule: Tue/Wed/Thu Hourly pay: £46 - £52 Job description As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security, and resilience are integrated into every facet, including the creative process.You will help us continually coordinate, evaluate, and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders and operations the information needed to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective sharing of information to inform operational and business decisions intended to reduce security risks. Primary Daily Responsibilities Triage security related issues using strong customer service skills and inform decisions tosupport efficient security operations in both a static and dynamic environment Develop and maintain internal relationships and cross-functional partnerships to to ensurethe safety and security of personnel and business operations Assist in the development of more efficient and effective GSRS processes and procedures Assist in weekly administrative tasks to support the larger ETM team including, but notlimited to, preparation and presentation of slide decks; support of weekly data pulls and analysis; and owning responsibility for updating various databases and internal documentation Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills Stakeholdermanagement experience. Experience working in a security operations centre, emergency service control room, orsimilar command centre/call centre environment. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguousenvironment. Desired Professional experience working security or incident risk management Professionalor academic experience that required an ability to think critically, analyze information, and summarize findings in writing. Experience supporting decision-makers with intelligence about emerging threats, potentialissues of concern, or imminent crisis. Experience using technology to track threats/risks or escalate items of potential concern.
