Senior Accountant -

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVE

POSITION SUMMARY

Opportunity to work with a knowledgeable and supportive accounting team to meet our goal of accurate and timely financials and compliance reporting. This position works closely with the Controller and Accounting Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist and/or prepare compliance returns.
Research tax and other accounting related questions.
Assist management prepare operating and capital budgets.
Prepares various schedules for outside auditors and tax accountants.
Prepare reports required by third parties; lender compliance, Caterpillar, and other as assigned.
Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor•s degree in accounting or related field.
Five years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
CPA certification or other relevant certification preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES

Proficiency in excel with experience using lookups, summits, and pivot tables.
Ability to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid California driver•s license and a clean DMV driving report.
