About the Role

We're looking for a  creative, and analytical Senior Marketing Associate to help brief, develop, and project manage marketing campaigns to acquire, onboard, and retain drivers for Canada, Australia, New Zealand. You'll work with multiple teams to launch  campaigns in paid media, the driver sign up flow, and in CRM. You will have access to a strong network of agency and internal partners to implement these efforts and run experiments. 

This is a truly unique opportunity to help define and shape a fast-growing, global brand. This role works collaboratively with other owners on the growth marketing team, and cross functionally with acquisition, conversion ops, brand, and audience insights teams.  This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a roll up your sleeves attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will
  • Identify audience insights from existing research to propose experiments in product and CRM for new  Dasher onboarding and retention of active Dashers  for Australia, New Zealand
  • Project manage creative development for targeted campaigns-across acquisition, CRM and signup/onboarding-such as seasonal campaigns or localizing  US brand campaigns where relevant
  • Implement a roadmap of Driver-facing marketing content and manage the end-to-end creative process to bring our Dasher brand to life to select audiences
  • Enable creative concepts for testing on the landing page and in the online signup flow
  • Equip select marketing partners with marketing assets as needed

  • Have 2+ years of experience in Content Marketing & Integrated Campaign Management.
  • Have an interest in omni-channel (360) marketing campaigns that deliver results.
