Lead major compensation projects and collaborate with project leads in other areas or departments.
Act as a resource for the compensation team.
Perform compensation administration activities including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.
Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support the compensation process using data from HR-related systems like Workday.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including HR business partners, Recruiters, Payroll team and business managers.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
3 - 5 years' Compensation / Analyst experience.
PHR certification a plus.
Proficient in Excel.
