A client of ours in the Braintree area are recruiting an Service Administrator to join their small friendly team. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm (40-hour week) and paying a salary of £23,000 - £26,000 depending on relevant skills and experience. This role requires multi-tasking and being able to prioritise and respond quickly with accuracy. In addition, administration, organisation, and coordination are required to ensure the smooth and effective running of the business. Key Duties & Responsibilities for this Service Administrator role will include but are not limited to: Planning routes based on area, engineer experience and priority. Monitoring and keeping within the KPI's (Time to Site) Booking in, scheduling and planning of around 20 engineers Providing exceptional customer service via email and telephone Answering incoming calls Control of Spread sheets (Excel Knowledge required) Dealing with manufacturers by phone and email Skills and experience required: Experience within a customer focused administration / engineering / scheduling / planning role Excellent accurate data entry skills Microsoft Excel skills essential Brilliant organisational skills Confident telephone manner with clear communication skills both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask along with a systematic approach to problem solving.
