Background/Need There is a need for a strong Lead Analytics Developer who can lead the development and delivery of new, innovative analytics solutions. A successful person will excel at both technical development and collaboration with end-user stakeholders from across the enterprise.

This role is crucial to successfully advancing analytics across the Laboratory by ensuring we have robust, reliable solutions that generate significant value for the enterprise. The Lead Analytics Developer will manage at every stage of the project and serve as the primary connection between other technical teams and end-user communities. This developer is a Front End leader and architect of analytics solutions in the analytics platform: SAP Analytics Cloud.

Virtual/Work from Home - Hybrid The key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering solutions to advance the mission of the Laboratory through analytics. Planning projects: Define the scope, goals, success metrics, and needed resources. Leading the solution design and prototype development for early feedback.

Leading the iterative technical solution development, testing, and training. Executing the solution launch process to ensure successful adoption and benefit realization. Facilitating on-going post-launch support, as needed.

Leading the Analytics Center of Excellence to establish and champion the use of analytics best practices across the Laboratory. Qualifications Requirements include: Knowledge: Strong, demonstrated knowledge of analytics platforms (SAP Analytics Cloud strongly preferred or Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar required.), data modeling, and solution development.

Discipline: Leverage standard best-practice approaches to managing work including project delivery, development processes, and documentation. Organized and thorough. Collaboration: Actively inclusive with all stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Openly solicits ideas and feedback.

Regularly communicates progress with stakeholders, Steering Committees, and Sponsors. Problem Solving: Anticipates obstacles and considers a broad range of alternatives. Involves others to overcome issues.

Not afraid to escalate trouble. Autonomy: Works independently on high-complexity projects and exercises sound discretion and judgement. Leadership: Expertly leads tasks, projects, or programs.

Engages and inspires others to achieve positive outcomes with advance the strategic directives of the enterprise. Education/Experience. Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience OR a master's degree and 5+ years of experience OR the equivalent. Clearance: Willing to review candidates who can obtain an interim clearance.

Work from home: Flexible onsite requirement which will be Dependent on work/projects that require to be onsite. Final schedule TBD with hiring manager and selected candidate. Interview process: 1st round will be a Zoom with hiring manager.

2 round will be Zoom with additional team members. Final round (if needed). The position is estimated to last Three YearsOur Client is famous Government Lab in Massachusetts US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED: CURRENT OR PRIOR SECRET CLEARANCE WILL BE A PLUS.
