Reporting to the VP of Solutions & Partner Marketing, this role will own and orchestrate go-to-market initiatives introducing comprehensive solutions, solving mission-critical challenges, to targeted personas.

This is a highly visible role working across Rockets go-to-market teams and partner ecosystem to create differentiated solution messaging and content. This role orchestrates integrated go-to-market plans to create legendary outcomes for Rockets customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Play a unique role looking across Rockets products, services, and partners to develop integrated, solution focused stories communicating Rockets value to buyers and influencers
  • Work across Rockets go-to-market teams (Sales, Channel, Marketing, Business Units) and with Rockets Partner Ecosystem to identify, develop and refine solution focused value propositions
  • Shape and drive cross-functional, and cross-organization, integrated go-to-market programs to drive awareness and revenue growth
  • Facilitate discussions with peers and leaders on what to start, stop, and continue to improve solution go-to-market performance
  • Partner with product marketing to understand how Rockets product portfolio solves challenges for its customers
  • Champion solutions positioning and messaging internally and externally
  • Build out elements of a comprehensive CXO program such as messaging for executive briefings and advisory engagements with key influencers
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to develop, test, and refine solution messaging
  • Partner with sales and partner enablement functions to deliver effective enablement experiences
Requirements:
  • 6+ years B2B enterprise software, services, or solution marketing experience
  • Experience selling / marketing / working with senior executives and their journey when making solution buying decisions
  • Amazing storytelling and communication skills delivered through differentiated messaging and content
  • Strikes a balance of strategic thinking with a relentless focus on execution
  • Collaborate across functions and organizations with peers and executives to align on shared goals and priorities
  • Embrace ambiguity and agility to test, learn, and refine messaging and activity to achieve goals
  • Experience building effective sales and partner content to understand buyer and influencer personas, value propositions, and competitive positioning
  • Understand and empathizes with complex B2B solution selling processes
