The role The Job Being such an established name in the Defence sector for Engineering and Technology recruitment, we are seeing an increased demand from new and existing clients to support their Technology Recruitment needs. The role of a Delivery Consultant is to facilitate the recruitment process through proactive search, selection, 'hot-listing' and management of suitable candidates. To work collaboratively with the team to proactively establish and meet client needs on an on-going basis. You will work with a number of our established Defence clients to fulfil their requirements within IT & Engineering Technology skillsets, as well as building strong talent pipelines to support all future requirements. You will have access to some of the best tools in the market to source candidates successfully and support you through the recruitment process. Responsibilities: Identify potential candidates to fulfil client requirements Analyse job descriptions, qualify vacancies, demonstrate an understanding of client (or internal) expectations and provide candidates who are closely suited to the requirements Proactively build hotlists of candidates to support current and future demand Demonstrate a strong understanding of your sector/ skill/ client(s); continually develop your knowledge using the resources available to you and accurately promote client(s) to potential candidates Deliver the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction; building excellent relationships with candidates, relevant client contacts and key internal stakeholders Manage candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, from initial interaction through to offer and start Use a range of candidate attraction strategies that are relevant to both current and future requirements. This may include: advertising vacancies on job boards, developing a referral network, exhausting the existing database and utilising social media Adhere to client processes, ensuring relevant SLAs and KPIs are met
